Terms and Conditions – Oxford Analytics (Level 3 reporting, funding support and external training events)
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you book an event or subscribe for any service. Please note that by making a booking/subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms

1.Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. The latest, fully-amended version of these Terms and Conditions is published at www.oxfordanalytics.org. If you continue to use the Site after the effective date of each amendment, you will be conclusively deemed to have accepted such amended version of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time to verify such variations.

2. Event bookings and subscriptions for Level 3 reporting or funding services
The person making the event booking or subscription must possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract. You enter the contract on behalf of your organisation (which is the contracting party) and you accept that you have procured that the relevant Terms are complied with.

All event booking and subscription requests are subject to acceptance by us. We will email confirmation of your booking, subscription or other order. If any of the details are not correct please tell us immediately. At the point of booking you are asked to review and agree our full terms and conditions.
3. Training events cancelation policy
3.1 Training events – cancelation by us. If it is necessary for us to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund of the event fee if this is not possible. Refunds will not be made for any travel arrangements already made.
3.2 Training event cancelations by you
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us by email as soon as possible.

Cancellation fees are based on the notice you provide to us. 
Training and events cancellation charges: More than 10 days: £50 cancellation charge.
Within 10 days: 100% charge. 

3.3 Transferring events
You may transfer from one training event to another by requesting such a transfer by email at least 14 days prior to the original training session taking place. We do not charge for transfers or name changes.
3.4 Changes to content
We hope that we will not have to make any change to your training event but, because they are planned months in advance, we sometimes do need to make changes and amendments. We reserve the right to amend content and/or speakers at any time.
If you have already booked, we will let you know as soon as we can. If you want to change any details of your booking we will do our best to help but would normally be unable to change the booking within 14 days of the date of event. If you transfer your booking to another person, they must comply with all the terms of the existing booking.

4. Subscription cancelations – Level 3 (L3) reporting or funding support services
You agree that by requesting Reporting or Funding Services (by whatever method) and/or submitting Data to us via your Oxford Analytics account, or otherwise, that you are purchasing the relevant subscribed Service.
The purchase of L3 reporting or funding services will be charged in accordance with our published Prices and your annual access is based on the academic year to 31 July.
Subscriptions and access to our systems will expire at the end of each Academic Year.
Subscriptions are not automatically rolled-over for any school or college. Accessing our reporting model and/or uploading data will re-active your current subscription.
Subscriptions booked on our website may be cancelled within 30 days if our resources have not been accessed and no data has been uploaded to our system.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the address below or by email to: [email protected] – within 30 calendar days of the date of the subscription booking.
Alterations to a subscription type must be made in writing to [email protected] – within 30 days of the date of the subscription booking
Schools that access their Oxford Analytics data account and/or upload data to our system – automatically revert to their current/previous subscription. Please do not upload data and create reports unless you are aware of your subscription status. All data use must be paid for in full.
4.1 Subscription account, password and payment
An account and password for our Site to make use of our systems will be created by us and sent to you upon our acceptance of your booking.
4.2 Your obligations when accessing your account and uploading data
You warrant that you:
4.2 1: will comply with all applicable laws;
4.2.2: have the authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you use the Site to purchase the Services;
4.2.3: have the right to upload the Data;
4.2.4: obtain and at all times maintain all necessary licenses and consents necessary for the provision of our Services; and
4.2. 5: will comply with all our reasonable instructions regarding your use of the Site and our Data Upload Systems.

5. Prices and payment
The prices of courses or subscriptions are those as advertised on our website, online booking form and/or our email invitations. These prices exclude VAT, except otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect bookings which have already been made.
Payment is accepted by BACS or cheque after an invoice has been sent to you with payment terms of 30 days.

6. Data protection
We will not share your personal details with any third party. Any personal information you provide to us will only be used by us unless you have advised otherwise.
We will hold your personal information on our system to keep you informed of our events and to keep you up to date with what we’re up to. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by sending us an email asking to unsubscribe to [email protected]

7. Events beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing of, any of our obligations, due to events outside of our control (‘Force Majeure Event’)
Events beyond our control include: civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks – epidemic, pandemic, technical problems with transport –impossibility of the use of railways or other means of public transport, your or family illnesses, bereavements, actual or potential weather conditions and any other similar events.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure event continues. We will use our reasonable endeavours to find a solution by which our obligation under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure event. This means we will for example postpone a course to another date if this is possible and offer you a place at the postponed course.

8. General
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to provide you with Services to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We will always notify you in writing or by posting on the Site if this happens.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another person if we agree in writing.
Each of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

9. Complaints
If you have a complaint whilst attending a course or relating to a subscription, please notify us and we will endeavour to assist you and use our reasonable efforts to resolve the problem immediately.

• Please submit any complaint within 14 days of the training session and allow sufficient time for us to investigate this before responding.
• Please submit any complaint within 30 days of the purchase of a level 3 or funding subscription service and allow sufficient time for us to investigate this before responding.
