Successful applications will be confirmed by email within 7 days of receipt of your application form, and then event information will be sent by email one week before the event date. If you have not received anything 5 days before the event, please contact [email protected].

Any cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation fees are based on the notice you provide to us, as described below. Name changes and substitutions at no extra charge. Bookings can only be transferred from one event to another by prior notice and agreement – otherwise the cancellation charges set out below will be implemented.

Payment is accepted by BACS or cheque after an invoice has been sent to you. Training and events cancellation charges: More than 10 days: £50 cancellation charge.  Within 10 days: 100% charge.  Oxford Analytics reserves the right to make changes to the programme detail as this may become necessary in certain situations.
